INQUIRY AND SHIPPING PROCESS

-We advice potential Client to create and Account or MAKE and INQUIRY of what they intend to Purchase either by adding their interested items on card
or send a message via GET A QUOTE on specification on what they need while providing detail delivery address of your Order

-W e will then provide a quotation or Invoice including the shipping Cost of your Order for your Confirmation

-Some orders can take up to 1 to 2 weeks to be prepared especially on cases of Bulk orders/Specific Designs/Sizes without which most items are already available

-After THE CUSTOMER is ok with the quotation we will then request payment via the following platform base on
A. Location of the Customer
B. Pressing Need of the Order
C. Availability of workers(Since we are very Busy with customers)

After payment is confirm, we will start Customers orders and provide them with shipping Document after shipment have been done

Due to the cost incur in  purchasing, we have 4 means of delivering goods depending on client location

We have Accounts with FEDEX Cargo, DHL Cargo, POST OFFICE AND WITH KENYA AIRWAYS CARGO

With DHL and FedEx, we do not incur extra cost for express delivery for all goods will be ship through normal delivery time frame depending on location

For any express delivery for DHL and FEDEX, we can only make a 5% discount of orders more than $2000

Kenya Airways Cargo is more cheaper  and faster (2 to 3 days)but client will have to pay VAT at their port or when collecting their goods
price depends on KG/Quantity of goods to be shipped.

Here incur or subsidize 5% cost of goods up to $1000

Post office is not too fast but can take up to 10 to 12 days or sometimes 15 days
the advantage here is we cover over 10% of the cost of goods up to $2000
